Extend reservation

If you have a reservation in progress (it has started, but not finished), you can extend your parking time to avoid being overcharged for excess time.

How to extend your reservation?

In the reservation form and in the details of the reservation, you will have available the button "Extend your reservation --->", this button will be visible from the beginning of the reservation. When you click it, a calendar will open for you to select the new departure date up to which you want to extend your reservation. When you have selected the departure date, the availability of the parking will be checked and if you are able to continue parking in the parking lot, the extension of the reservation will be issued. The start date of the extension of the reservation will be the end date of the original reservation.

The minimum extension allowed is 10 minutes.

We recommend that you keep an eye on your reservation time, because if you enter earlier or leave later, the extra charge for exceeding the reservation time will be automatically charged from your wallet.
